Envisioning the future of congresses one brick at a time
With the initiative Pioneering Congresses of Tomorrow, MeetDenmark wants to facilitate an important industry discussion on how we break our habitual thinking and reimagine the future of congresses. Co-creation is at the core of initiative and MeetDenmark therefore wants to invite participants at this years PCMA to help us come up with new, innovative ideas and solutions when it comes to designing and doing congresses. We call this the MeetDenmark future lab.
At the lab you can see the Shared Model of the Events of the future, which MeetDenmark have developed together with industry thought leaders. The model was developed by using the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and includes the most essential elements that will make an event successful e.g., the possibility for networking, knowledge sharing, new technologies, but also important external factors that can influence an event e.g., political instability, rising inflation, and costs.
