This policy explains how you can make a complaint and how Wonderful Copenhagen will handle it.

Who Can Complain? 

Anyone who has feedback or a complaint about Wonderful Copenhagen’s work, services, or communication.

  1. We will look into your complaint and may ask for more information. 
  2. You will receive a reply within 15 working days. 

Complaints Outside Our Scope 

In Copenhagen, there are many different options for filing a complaint. Generally, the complaint should be directed to the place you wish to complain about, such as a hotel, airport, shop, etc. Additionally, it is also possible to send complaints to the municipality here. Wonderful Copenhagen cannot handle complaints about individual tourism busi-nesses or public services, but we’re happy to guide you in the right direction if we can.
