What Happens Next?
- We will look into your complaint and may ask for additional information.
- You will receive a reply within 15 working days.
Complaints Outside Our Scope
In Copenhagen, there are many different options for filing a complaint. Generally, the complaint should be directed to the place you wish to complain about, such as a hotel, airport, shop, etc. Additionally, it is also possible to send complaints to the Copenhagen Municipality.
Wonderful Copenhagen cannot handle complaints about individual tourism businesses or public services, but we are happy to guide you in the right direction if we can.
