Meetingplace Wonderful Copenhagen

Meetingplace is Copenhagen’s destination network for the congress and meetings industry across Greater Copenhagen. Working in close partnership with Wonderful Copenhagen Convention Bureau, Meetingplace plays a key role in attracting international congresses, conventions, and business events to the destination.

Established in 1995, Meetingplace is a member-based association governed by a board representing hotels, venues, agencies, airports, airlines, and other key industry stakeholders.

Today, Meetingplace brings together around 150 leading partners from across the meetings and congress sector. Through strong collaboration and a shared commitment to the destination, the network helps strengthen Copenhagen’s competitiveness when bidding for international meetings, conventions, and congresses.
