With more than 25 years of experience in bidding for international association congresses, Copenhagen Convention Bureau supports you as a local host in the Greater Copenhagen area with free, professional advice and practical assistance.
We assist you before and during the bidding and presentation process, helping you develop a strong strategy, position Copenhagen competitively and prepare bid material and presentations. Our team also advises on funding opportunities, timelines and decision‑making processes, ensuring that your bid is as robust as possible.
Beyond the bid phase, we support the planning and marketing of your congress and connect you with the right local partners depending on your needs – including venues, hotels, PCOs, suppliers and other city stakeholders. With in‑depth knowledge of Copenhagen and collaboration with local stakeholders, we help you navigate logistics, sustainability considerations, site inspections, and promotional activities efficiently and confidently.
